Bench Type High Pressure Reactor - Operation Process

Bench Type High Pressure Reactor is widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticides, dyes, medicine, food, used to complete vulcanization, nitrification, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation and other processes, based on the premise of the full mixing of reaction substances.  For heating, cooling, and liquid extraction and gas absorption and other physical change processes need to use stirring devices to get good results, and can be designed for customers, processing reactor.

1. Bench Type High Pressure Reactor before starting

    a、Check whether the kettle, agitator, rotating part, auxiliary equipment, indicating instruments, safety valves, pipelines and valves meet safety requirements.

    b、Check whether the water, electricity, and gas meet the safety requirements.

2. Bench Type High Pressure Reactor experiment

    a、Before feeding, the stirrer of the reactor should be opened first.  When there is no noise and normal, the material should be added to the reactor, and the amount of feeding should not exceed the process requirements.

    b、Before opening the steam valve, open the return valve first, and then open the intake valve.  The steam valve should be opened slowly to preheat the jacket and gradually increase the pressure, and the pressure in the jacket should not exceed the specified value.

    c、The steam valve and the cooling valve can not be started at the same time, and the steam pipe is not allowed to hammer and collide when passing through the air.

    d、When opening the cooling water valve, open the return water valve first, and then open the inlet water valve.  The cooling water pressure shall not be less than 0.1 mpa, nor higher than 0.2 mpa.

    e、Water ring vacuum pump, to open the pump first, after the water supply, stop the pump, stop the pump and then stop the water, and remove the water in the pump.

    f、Check the operation of the reactor at any time, and stop for maintenance if any abnormality is found.

    g、When cleaning titanium epoxy (enamel) reactor, do not use alkali water brush reactor, be careful not to damage the enamel.

3. Bench Type High Pressure Reactor after the experiment

    a、Stop stirring, turn off the power, close all valves.

    b、When shoveling the pot, the power supply of the mixer must be cut off, the warning sign should be hung, and the person should be supervised.

    c、Stainless steel reactor must be regular technical inspection according to the requirements of the pressure vessel, the inspection is not qualified, shall not start operation.
