Main considerations for using Recirculating Chiller

LANSGT Recirculating Chiller is especially suitable for various chemical and chemical, biopharmaceutical, physical experiments that need to maintain low temperature conditions, the main function of closed circulation: cooling coil, insulation sleeve and other closed loop circulation devices.  Space saving: Compact design, desktop type, vertical type limited by the height of the test bench.

Recirculating Chiller notes:

    1.   Before using the Recirculating Chiller, the liquid medium (pure water, alcohol, antifreeze can also be added) should be added to the tank, and the liquid level of the medium should not exceed the cold coil in the tank and be 20mm lower than the workbench.

    2.  Power supply: 220V50Hz, the power supply should be greater than the total power of the instrument, the power supply must have a good "grounding" device.

    3.Avoid acid and alkali substances entering the tank to corrodes the coil and inner liner.

    4.  The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, with no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument.

    5.  Often pay attention to observe the liquid level in the tank, when the liquid level is too low, the liquid medium should be added in time.

    6.  When the working temperature of the cryogenic coolant circulating pump is low, it should be noted not to open the upper cover, and do not enter the tank with your hand to prevent frostbite.

    7.  After use, all switches are turned off and the power supply is cut off.

    8.  The instrument should be regularly cleaned, not used for a long time, empty the medium in the tank, and wipe it clean to keep the workbench and the operating panel clean.

    9.  When the liquid is circulating outside, the customer should pay special attention to the firmness of the connection of the outlet pipe to prevent it from falling off, so as to avoid liquid leakage.

Recirculating Chiller can be matched with a variety of instruments (rotary evaporator, fermenter, chemical reactor, freeze drying equipment, biopharmaceutical reactor, etc.);  The cooling capacity is large, the cooling speed is fast, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.  The flow rate of the circulating pump can be adjusted and customized to greatly meet the actual needs of different users;  All models of this machine can be reasonably matched between low temperature and cooling capacity, low temperature and container capacity according to user requirements.
