Heat Collecting Magnetic Stirrer - Operation Process

Heat Collecting Magnetic Stirrer takes advantage of the principle of magnetic field and whirlpool.  The container of liquid to be stirred is placed on the base of the magnetic stirrer.  When the magnetic stirrer is energized, a rotating magnetic field is generated near the base to drive the stirrer to move in a circular cycle, and then a whirlpool is formed in the liquid of the container.  To achieve the purpose of stirring the liquid.

Use of Heat Collecting Magnetic Stirrer:

Since most of the magnetic stirrers on the market have similar functions, this section gives a brief explanation of some common use methods.

    1.Plug in the power supply, place the container containing the solution in the middle of the chassis, and sink the mixer into the bottom of the container.

    2.Turn on the power supply, the indicator light is on, then adjust the speed control knob clockwise, the speed from slow to fast, adjust to the required speed, the mixer rotates to drive the solution to stir.

    3.When constant temperature heating is required, insert the temperature measuring probe into the solution, and insert the plug into the agitator seat (corresponding to the water bath heat collection magnetic agitator, because its temperature measuring probe is integrated inside the water bath, no such step), adjust the temperature knob to the required temperature.

    4.If you do not need to heat, just turn the temperature adjustment knob to below room temperature.

    5.When timing operation is required, turn the timing switch clockwise to the required time position, then the power light is on, the instrument is working, when the timing switch automatically turns to the starting position, the stirring automatically stops (this step is only for the model with this timing function).

    6.Turn off the power switch after use, disassemble the reaction assembly, and unplug the power plug of the magnetic agitator.

    Our current commonly used Heat Collecting Magnetic Stirrer will gradually demagnetize under high temperature conditions, so it is necessary to confirm whether it is still magnetic enough after a period of use.  In addition, sometimes the rotor will revolve in addition to autobiography, mainly related to the smoothness of the glassware, the area of contact between the rotor and the vessel.
