    1.   Application Overview:

The electric heating sleeve is composed of a hemispherical heating inner sleeve and a control circuit.  The heating inner sleeve is made of alkali-free glass fiber yarn as insulation material, the Cr20Ni80 electric heating wire is sealed in it, and then braided into a hemispherical heating inner sleeve.

Using this instrument, the liquid to be heated is added to the flask and placed in the heating jacket.  Turn on the power supply, turn on the power switch, and start to work when the indicator is on.  Right turn pressure regulator, heating power increases.

    5.   Precautions:

a. When used for the first time, there is white smoke and odor in the set, and the color changes from white to brown and then to white is a normal phenomenon, because the glass fiber contains oil and other compounds in the production process, it should be placed in a ventilated place, and can be used normally after a few minutes.

b. When the liquid spills into the sleeve, please turn off the power quickly, put the electric heating sleeve in a ventilated place, and wait for dry before use, so as to avoid the risk of leakage or electrical short circuit.

c. If not used for a long time, please keep the heating sleeve in a dry place without corrosive gas.

d. When the ambient humidity is relatively high, inductive electricity may be transmitted to the shell through the thermal insulation layer.  Therefore, be sure to ground the cable and pay attention to ventilation.

e. If there is slight leakage, it is a normal phenomenon, it is caused by moisture absorption, do not touch with your hand, you can heat for 1-2 minutes first, you can eliminate the leakage phenomenon, and then start working.
