Working principle: Under vacuum conditions, the rotating bottle is heated at constant temperature under constant speed rotating state, and the material forms a large area film on the wall of the bottle, so that the solution quickly diffuses and evaporates, and the solvent vapor is cooled by the glass condenser and recycled in the collection bottle. It is especially suitable for biological products which are easily decomposed and denatured at high temperature and concentrated and purified.
