Five pumping circulating water vacuum pump use method

Anticorrosive five-pump Water Circulating Vacuum Pump, also known as water ring vacuum pump, is a vacuum pump.  The limit vacuum it can obtain is 2000-4000 pa, and the series atmospheric ejector can reach 270-670 pa.  Water ring pump can also be used as a compressor, called water ring compressor, is a low-pressure compressor, its pressure range is 1-2X105 pa pressure.

The use of anticorrosive five-pump Water Circulating Vacuum Pump:

    1. Prepare for work.  The circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pump is placed flat on the work table.  When it is used for the first time, open the top cover of the water tank and inject clean and cool water (or add water through the water discharge hose).  When the water is about to rise to the lower height of the overflow nozzle behind the water tank, stop adding water.  Replace the water at least once a week, if the water quality is seriously polluted and the utilization rate is high, it is necessary to shorten the time to replace the water and keep the water quality in the water tank clean.

    2. Vacuum operation.  Close the exhaust sleeve of the device to be vacuumed to the exhaust nozzle of the unit, turn off the circulation switch, switch on the power supply, and turn on the power supply switch to start the vacuum operation.  You can observe the vacuum degree through the vacuum gauge corresponding to the exhaust nozzle.

    3. When the circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pump needs to work continuously for a long time, the water temperature in the tank will rise, affecting the vacuum degree, at this time, the water discharge hose and the water source (tap water) can be connected, the overflow nozzle is used as the drainage outlet, and the tap water flow is properly controlled to keep the water temperature in the tank from rising, so that the vacuum degree is stable.

    4. When it is necessary to provide cooling circulating water for the reaction device, ON the basis of the operation in Article 3 above, connect the inlet water pipe and outlet water pipe of the device to the circulating water outlet nozzle and inlet water nozzle at the rear of the unit respectively, turn the circulating water switch to the ON position, and the circulating cooling water supply can be realized.
